University of Lancashire – Customer Case Study – Explore by Map module

Carla Banks from the University of Lancashire explains how Vepple’s Explore by Map module lets prospective students navigate an interactive campus map. The tool provides an immersive experience that students can’t get on the university website, answers questions about the campus location relative to Preston city centre and offers international students a rich, virtual way to explore the campus.
For our students, the biggest benefit has been the ability to explore an interactive map of our campus. It gives them an immersive experience they can’t get from our website and lets them visualise our location and how far the campus is from Preston city centre. It offers a rich experience—especially for international students—who can gain a feel for our campus even when they can’t visit in person.
