I think the benefits of ambassador‑led content for students is that you can really bring your university to life for them. Students today are making very difficult decisions about how many open days they can attend, so this content lets them hear from students themselves while sitting on their sofa. We found the process of making ambassador‑led content at Kingston really easy. We started with help from Jonny and used the Veppliser, which took a lot of the heavy lifting around script writing. Then we worked with students to capture their own experiences and the things they wanted to share. We filmed, edited and used AI to help with the transcript, and uploading the videos was super easy. I think we created 26 subject areas in about two months.
