Audience Personalisation: Your Questions Answered

Audience Personalisation works by tagging and surfacing your content in smarter ways. Having a personalisation for international or commuting students doesn’t mean you’ll need to build multiple Vepples from scratch! You can be economical with content by surfacing the relevant generic content to this audience, and you’ll just need to create the content that’s specific to the audience/s.

Vepple is the perfect place for any VIP content. You add your personalised content, tag it so that it’s hidden, then create a unique URL that can be distributed to specific lists/emails via your CRM workflows. There’s no way anyone else can stumble across it, and you’ll be able to share unique messages without frustrating other audiences. Personalisation is a key driver of engagement. When content is relevant, students stay on the platform longer and build a deeper emotional connection with your brand, which directly influences their decision to apply. If you are using Vepple’s Lead Capture module, then yes! Our Lead Capture module allows you to capture as much information about your audiences as you want, and gather marketing consent. This then can feed directly into your CRM via an API or integration, or you can download a CSV from Vepple and import it directly into your own CRM. Then, it’s up to you how you want to continue nurturing each of these audiences. The options are endless.
