Details of the offer

  1. The Vepple team will assist with set-up and onboarding – our usual “Kick Start” session will be run remotely.
  2. This deal does not include content production. The university will need to provide or commission the production of any content (such as 360s) that will be required for the virtual experience. For a fee, Vepple can create 360s.
  3. The university will either need a minimum of 25 x 360 existing OR commit to produce and provide 25 x 360s.
  4. Vepple experiences are currently in English by default. If your university requires a 2nd or alternate default language version of Vepple, please raise this at the point of enquiry.
  5. We aim to have all international Vepple go live between start of Nov 2024 and end of Jan 2025.
  6. Standard rates will apply after the first year.
  7. Your university will need to have the internal resources and capacity to work with our team to go live by 31st Jan 2025 at the latest.
  8. Qualifying universities must have at least 5000 students.
  9. This deal does not extend to the overseas campuses of a UK university.
