Onboarding with KickStart

Love the idea of Vepple but worried about the internal resource needed to take it on? Let us do a lot of the heavy lifting for you.

By choosing to add KickStart, you’ll benefit from the skills and expertise of the Vepple team to get you started in the most efficient way possible.

We will act as an extension of your team, literally, by sending two Vepple experts to your campus to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. We will work closely with you to capture or define your vision for what you want to achieve from your Vepple experience. From setting clear objectives to bulk importing content and building custom page templates, we manage every detail.

KickStart is designed to expedite the process, ensuring you can go live with your tailored virtual experience swiftly and smoothly.

Technical Support

The Vepple Content Management System (CMS) is designed to be simple, straightforward, and enjoyable to use for admin users of all levels. However, if you ever do get stuck then our dedicated support team is available on weekdays from 9am to 5pm to assist you with any technical queries. Whether you’re facing a login issue or need help implementing a new feature, we’re just an email away.

For those who need a bit more hands-on help, priority support is also available to ensure you’re never stuck for long.

Performance Reporting

You will have access to a real-time performance dashboard to track how the platform is delivering against your key metrics, but to ensure you are leveraging Vepple to its fullest potential, your dedicated Customer Success Manager is on hand to support you too. Your Customer Success Manager will be delighted to meet with you regularly, review the performance of your platform together and share advice, guidance and best practice to help you achieve your strategic goals.
